Ingredients
30 ml 1 fl oz coconut rum
15 ml 1/2 fl oz coconut cream
60 ml 2 fl oz pineapple juice
Ice cubes

Instructions
- Place your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water to chill it.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker, then shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
- Remove the martini glass from the freezer, discard any ice, and strain the cocktail into the glass.
