  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Baileys Irish Cream

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Crème de Menthe

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Frangelico

  • Chocolate sauce, to coat the shot glass

  • Whipped cream, for garnish

  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

  • Mixing glass
  • Shot glass
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon

Instructions

  • In a mixing glass, combine the Baileys Irish Cream, Crème de Menthe, and Frangelico. Stir gently with a bar spoon to ensure the ingredients are well-blended.
  • Place the mixing glass with the mixture in the freezer. Let it freeze for about 5 minutes, or until it’s very cold but not frozen solid. This will give the shot a frosty, refreshing quality.
  • Once the mixture is thoroughly chilled, remove it from the freezer. Pour it carefully into the chocolate-coated shot glass.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a fresh mint leaf. Serve immediately while the shot is still cold.
