Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Brandy

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Sweet vermouth

  • 2 dashes 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 1 1 Maraschino cherry

  • Martini glass
  • Strainer

Instructions

  • Place your cocktail glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water to chill.
  • In a mixing glass, add the brandy, sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
  • Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled and diluted slightly.
  • Discard the ice from your chilled cocktail glass, then strain the mixture into the glass.
