30 ml 1 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice

15 ml 1/2 fl oz Simple Syrup

90 ml 3 fl oz Club Soda

Lemon Wheel

Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the glass.
- Add the club soda to the glass.
- Use a bar spoon to gently stir the ingredients together until well mixed.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass and a sprig of fresh mint if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For an extra burst of flavor, try muddling a few mint leaves in the bottom of the glass before adding the other ingredients. This will infuse the drink with a refreshing minty note.
