Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz Bourbon
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Pumpkin spice syrup
2 dashes 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel for garnish
Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions
- Fill an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube or several smaller ones.
- Combine bourbon, pumpkin spice syrup, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters into the glass.
- Stir well for about 20-30 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
- Express the oil from an orange peel over the drink by twisting it over the glass, then drop it in. Add a cinnamon stick for an aromatic touch.
Notes
- You can make your own pumpkin spice syrup by simmering equal parts water and sugar with a tablespoon of pumpkin puree and a pinch of pumpkin spice mix until the sugar dissolves. Strain before using.
