Ingredients
40 ml 1 1/3 fl oz Cognac
20 ml 2/3 fl oz Campari
20 ml 2/3 fl oz Sweet Vermouth
Orange twist for garnish
Ice Cubes

Instructions
- Fill an Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube or several ice cubes.
- Using the jigger, measure and pour Cognac, Campari, and sweet vermouth into the glass over the ice.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
- Twist an orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in for garnish.
Notes
- For a variation, try using a blanc vermouth for a slightly different profile.
