Ingredients

  • 90 ml 3 fl oz Homemade Hot Cocoa, cooled

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Dark Crème de Cacao

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Baileys Irish Cream

  • 22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz Vanilla Vodka

  • 3 3 Miniature Marshmallows

  • Ice Cubes

  • Chocolate Syrup for rimming the glass

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Martini Glass
  • Kitchen Torch

Instructions

  • Rim your martini glass with chocolate syrup.
  • Using the jigger, measure and pour cooled hot cocoa, dark crème de cacao, Baileys Irish Cream, and vanilla vodka into the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Use the Hawthorne strainer to strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • Add 3 miniature marshmallows on top and lightly toast them using a long lighter or kitchen torch for a cozy touch.

Notes

  • For the best flavor, use homemade hot cocoa. Simply mix cocoa powder, sugar, and milk, and let it cool before using.
  • If you prefer a less sweet drink, you can reduce the amount of Baileys Irish Cream.
