Ingredients

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz Light Rum

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Dry Vermouth

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Crème de Pêche

  • 7.5 ml 1/4 fl oz Lime Juice

  • Ice Cubes

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Citrus press
  • Martini glass

Instructions

  • Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Using the jigger, measure and pour light rum, dry vermouth, crème de pêche and lime juice into the shaker.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
  • Use the Hawthorne strainer to strain the cocktail into a chilled Martini glass.
  • Optionally, garnish with a lime slice or a lemon spiral for an added touch of elegance.

Notes

  • If you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, you can adjust the amount of crème de pêche to taste.
