Ingredients

  • 40 ml 1 1/3 fl oz Freshly brewed espresso

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz Peanut Butter Whiskey

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Coffee liqueur

  • 10 ml 1/3 fl oz Simple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Creamy peanut butter (Optional)

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Martini (or Coupe) glass

Instructions

  • Optionally, Warm the peanut butter until it is loose enough to drizzle, then drizzle around the inside of a martini or coupe glass.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the espresso, peanut butter whiskey, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
  • Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with three coffee beans.
