30 ml 1 fl oz bourbon whiskey
15 ml 1/2 fl oz amaretto
7.5 ml 1/3 fl oz simple syrup
3 Dashes 3 Dashes Angostura orange bitter
1 1 orange or lemon peel twist for garnish

Instructions
- In a rocks glass, combine the simple syrup and Angostura orange bitter.
- Fill the glass with large ice cubes.
- Pour the bourbon whiskey and amaretto over the ice.
- Stir the mixture gently for about 20 seconds, ensuring all ingredients are well combined and the glass becomes frosty.
- Garnish the cocktail with the orange peel twist and serve immediately.
