Instructions
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour the bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.
Shake well for about 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
Top up with chilled champagne or prosecco.
