Ingredients
40ml1 1/2fl ozwhite rum
20ml2/3fl ozfresh lime juice
10ml1/2fl ozsimple syrup

Instructions
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour white rum into the shaker.
Squeeze fresh lime juice and add it to the shaker.
Add simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
Strain the mixture into your chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel or twist, if desired.

Adjust the sweetness of your Daiquiri by increasing or decreasing the amount of simple syrup to tast. Fresh, ripe limes will yiel the best results for this classic cocktail.
